I have experienced many different environments with my military service but the environment that Solcomm provides is one that focuses on developing young adults into successful leaders. I have been with Solcomm for 8 months and if I could pick a slogan for Solcomm it would be ?Keep Moving Forward?. The positive energy everyday when I walk through the door, the ability for all the offices to come together to help each other accomplish goals makes my work extremely satisfying! I owe a lot of my success within Solcomm to my Manager Kendall, he and the rest of the team are like family, I can call almost the entire command team with any issue and they will help me. I know that this team will be there for support and encouragement while my wife and I open multiple offices!!
Christian was grateful enough to give us the opportunity with Solcomm and we haven?t looked back. The Solcomm Management Team has been there when questions were asked and they are always striving to be better. Chris and Sonya have also been a huge help with organization and day to day reports and questions.
I joined the Solcomm family 4 years ago, since then I have worked my way up and became the Branch Manager for the Flint Location. Now I am the owner of that very office!! The opportunities for growth in the company and in your pocketbook is exceptional. How many other places can you become an OWNER in 4 years! Not only is it a fun and family oriented company but the level of integrity within the company is a quality that shines through. Everyday I get to help people and having a close nit group for encouragement and support makes it even better!
